But it is Thursday 9 PM in Manila when I posted this. These series of shots taken 5 minutes apart around 4 PM today made my super busy day hectic. I mean today is my only free day this week and it is also my dogs scheduled bath time. Dogs have weak lungs so they can only take a bath once or twice a week. And bath time means a whole day of serious cleaning. When my 3 dogs take their bath, their whole house (which means the 3 kennels) has to take a bath too. And that includes washing all their pillow cases, mats, rugs, towels, fur brush, collars . . . and the pillows have to be air dried under the hot sun . . . I mean people think being a keeper is easy work. Not if you have to take care of Heaven which is a full-time job. My creative work (the one that pays for things) has to take a back seat. So when the skies looked like it's going to rain after a very hot, sunny day, I have to run back and forth moving the dogs wet stuff hanging out to dry in between shampooing the dogs! . . . But it did not rain in Heaven so in the end I have to water the plants, and later feed the dogs . . . do my nails, pluck my brows . . . . I mean a keeper's looks does not have to suffer with all that cleaning ;-) . . . Chk other skywatchers in here!

I am feeling guilty when you say your dogs get a bath every week...I better give my poor dogs a bath,,as it has been way to long!
Jan, the dogs in Manila need a bath at least once a week because of the heat. It goes without saying that since dogs don't sweat, constant bath makes their skin dry. So, you load on conditioners. What maintenance!
