I saw these small gorgeous flowers on a Sunday walk down our subdivision. It looks like those expensive Tiger Lilies peeking from luxurious bouquets spread. But I don't think it is. These flowers are as small as teaspoons! I truly regret not having a good camera that can take micro shots because the flowers up close (I sniffed closer at 5 inches) looks extremely beautiful (clean lines, deep hues, amazing contrast, but no scent) that I wonder if the plant (looks like a bush) is a herbal or medicinal plant with bonus flowers?
