MacroFlowers!

This is my first entry to MacroFlowersSaturday although I am posting on a Sunday! This is timely because today, we are remembering our former President Cory Aquino who died a year ago. President Cory's political color was yellow. And her death pushed her only son out of his comfort zone to become our present President Noynoy or PNoy for short! PNoy is also using the yellow color and hopefully, he will also continue his late mother's legacy of good governance.

The Periwinkle flowers from our next door neighbor. The bugs live ;-) in our street called Rainbow Avenue and they also visit some of the flowers in our small garden in our house called Heaven.

These macros are amazing. You've captured the little be and the water drops so perfectly.
Welcome to Macro flowers Saturday and thanks for the beautiful contribution.

Hey, we really did shoot the same bloom, Lui! And even wet! :-D Yours are lovely, especially with the bee. But how do you know it's a periwinkle? The shape looks like one, but I couldn't find any reference to yellow periwinkles.
