Another Hoya in Heaven . . .

This is another variety of a Hoya plant we have in Heaven. The other one I featured in my previous post HERE has small flowers growing around a long, endless stem while this one has flowers growing anywhere on its long thin hanging stems. They are so small and round and the flowers come and go. They bloom all year round too except during stormy weather when the delicate petals are blown by the wind like what is happening now! We have rainy weather for 3 days now and some people were getting apprehensive because the same time last year this kind of rain flooded most of Manila! I want to perform a healing dance but sadly, this 'healer' needs healing too. I think I'm getting down with something. I hope it's nothing serious enough to warrant my dogs following me worriedly around. I also hope I get to post this in Maia's Saturday MacroFlowerPhotography! My PC seem sick as well!

". . . we are a circle, within a circle . . . may it never end!"

Hoya blooms like this one are lovely and soon you will have a beautiful scent to go along with the waxy flowers. I hope you feel better soon and that you don't get the same rain as last year.

So wonderful Lui! Absolutely some of the best flower photos I've seen!! You are clever! :) Let's hope you'll get healed and getting well, so that you can make a healing dance! I really hope you'll avoid the rain flood!! Take care! :)

Very nice, Lui. You hold the lovely bit of Nature as if it is most precious. Which it is. Thanks for the little reminder.

I still haven't seen that flower. Ang ganda! The last picture is my favorite - very great depth of field!

Thank you for all your wonderful comments. You do make my day! I had hot tea and begged off chocolates and fried food so surprisingly, I'm OK. For now.

And now to answer some details posted in most of my Hoya posts:

The Hoya is so small that my friend who dropped by today could not see it! I pointed it out to him and he just went "Oh". Hoya is waxy flowers and it has no scent. Mine does not have any. But she sings!

Have a fun, enchanting weekend everyone! I'm off to bed...

This Hoya has beautiful blooms too.
Its name sounds so strange to me; we have a "haunted" forest here with the same name.
I'm glad that you are feeling better now.
