My Flowers For The Dead . . .

. . . if I could have a sneak preview to all the earthly reasons it takes to make the theme of time, then I'd be a girl for all seasons. . .

. . .It just seems kind of funny that there's some things I'll just never know. Like where does the time go? Does anyone know?

We were only just saying just the other day. How it's really amazing how the days just seem to slip away. And it is right before my very own eyes. Oh there's some things that we'll never see, we'll never know, like . . . where does the time go?

Taken from Julia Fordham's song 'Where Does The Time Go?'

These lovely blooms are from Baby's house. I really hope she sets up a blog soon to show her wonderful crafts and design ideas for her home. These flowers are my sweet offerings for all loved ones who passed away. The gates are open and the souls are a-visiting. I am lighting a candle all night until it burns out for the passing souls who may want to visit me and the family. I also offer these flowers to all macro lovers over at Maia's MacroFlowersSaturday and TodaysFlowers by Luiz, Denise, Laerte, and Sandy.

Lui, these wonderful orchids are a beautiful tribute to the beloved ones.
Watching these photos, I don't even care where the time goes.

We celebrate the Day of dead too but on the 1st of November, it's a big holiday by us.
Thanks for the beautiful contribution to MFS!

Lovely orchids. Somehow I just don't seem to be able to grow orchids well.

Touching and very sweet Lui. Your photos hold a special meaning to me this week. We lost a very special uncle, my husband's Godfather, and your words are very comforting.

What an interesting and unusual blog. I like your musings very much. Where, indeed, does the time go? What is time, anyway? Some mystics say there is no time, really. And I agree that plants communicate with us, and have experienced it myself. Flowers particularly enjoy being admired!

Hi Luiz, I think one of the other team has taken care of your second entry. It was already gone when I went to delete it. Thank you for stopping by and leaving your sweet comment. I really appreciated it my friend.
