Meet Mr. Frogsky!

He comes out only when it rains . . .

He comes out and looks for Bogart.
But my dog Bogart died last year.

And now Frogsky goes around Heaven with a heavy heart.

For how can anybody thought that a dog and a frog can actually have a friendship, if albeit, a shaky one? For how can a friendship be established between two creatures who are as different as night and day? And two creatures whose presence can be deadly for both of them? Frogsky can unduly poison Bogart (and he might have!) and Bogart, well, . . . Bogart had accidentally "killed" a lot of things in Heaven (including my toenails!) with his clumsy bulk! But time proved that when it rains, Bogart and Frogsky will find each other and play. Through the years, this sweet drama unfolded before our eyes so it seem sad now to find Frogsky alone, bigger and looking lost! Sweepy and Sumo is not interested in Frogsky and so am I. In truth, Frogsky scares me to death. And now I share with you one of Sweepy's tale about Frogsky and Bogart . . .

My macro for Lisa's MacroMonday and "something cold" for Allie for her Happy Monday. Allie, I accidentally touched Frogsky one time and he was deathly COLD! Yikes! And more importantly, in memory of my late dog Bogart whose birthday falls this Saturday. I plan to devote this week to look back at the happy times I had with this goofy, funny, loving dog that I had the good fortune to enjoy for 9 years! Happy Macro Monday!
