Heaven in February

I saw this beauty last month while running after the dogs . . .

It was so gorgeously dramatic (I should simply say 'awesome') and although we had this gorgeous plant for years (deep green leaves on top and purple underneath) this is the first time it produce flowers. Quite a show really. Too bad I do not know the name ;-(

And too bad I do not have my camera (under repair) and the mobile phone cam can not capture it well. Oh well . . .

Anyway, life goes on at my house Heaven.
Luchi's poinsettia is just turning red (a tad late for Christmas)
but somehow when surprises like this greets you
you suck it up like magic ;-)

And I decided to update this blog
after getting confused with all the blogs I have to maintain
and busy with all the mounting projects to manage
and people kept returning to this site
and wondering what happened
well, I'm OK and even with my busy schedule
I still flirt with Heaven's many exciting creations . . .

And the stray Petrocelli kept coming back
for his regular meals and Luchi's naggings . . .
. . . the last time I saw him on the roof
he was with his bulky girlfriend ;-)
and his neck filled with love bites ;-O

. . . and Sweepy is happily (yeah well, he might not look it but I am sure he is happy) with our new puppy Babur who, at 6 months old, is now as tall (although not as bulky as Sweepy) and enjoying their time together . . .

February is my month.
I am now ticking off the free time I can take a leave
and hie off to some weekend getaway . . .

Now I'm off to update and visit everybody . . .

Hello My Dear Friend, it is so good to hear from you. So Sweepy has a little companion, I am sure Babur loves his knew home in Heaven. Petrocelli looks so comfortable up on the roof :) Thank you for stopping by and wishing you all a great week!

you are lucky to have a heaven in February as your beautiful picture show, in Belgium it's rather the hell, snow and cold and no flowers of course !

Lui, it is so nice to see you here, and "my" big boy too. Congratulations on your new addition to Heaven. He is a very handsome fella.

Thank you for popping back in here. I think of you often!
