. . . since i live in the southern part of the city
i hie to the opposite north . . .
When you leave at sunrise . . .

and the chirping of the birds
much like the ones at home.
I greeted Mr Spidey but he does not know me.
He is not my MrSpidey.
Mine is back home.
. . . and I walk the lonely path
looking, waiting, listening and finding
wonderful paths, sweet smelling strangeness
anything and everything one looks for when one hies off.
. . . and then I smile and know
that it is time to hurry back
back to the familiar
back to where my heart will always long to be.
We need to leave
in order to return
to the very place
we will always call home.

Beautiful photos today! I like the song and verse too - fits very well. Yes I did enjoy the concert but due to the extreme heat - not like yours tho :) - I had to leave to find a place to cool off. I don't do heat very well. Next time I will see this band indoors or on a cool day!
