Today's Flowers!

These flowers belong to our laundrywoman Flor. Flor usually go to our house Heaven on Saturday to do our laundry. But because of the stormy week my brother's house got submerged and they brought all their muddied clothes to our house for washing. Flor was busy washing all week. Flor was able to wash everything in time for my nephews and nieces class which will resume tomorrow. As I said in my last post, we had two threatening storms this week. Storm Ondoy did not pass Heaven but left heavy rains that submerged houses and cities! Another supertyphoon Pepeng threatened yesterday and again, it did not pass Heaven. We were lucky. We prayed hard for it. Our emails (mine and the dogs!) were filled with all great wishes and prayers for our safety. Thank you all very much!!! These flowers like your prayers, letters and texts made our scary, tiring week bright and hopeful. I hope our friends at TodaysFlowers had a pleasant week with inspiring blooms. Do go and visit them now!

I do hope your brother's house can be dried out and made livable again. A flood is even worse than a fire. All the best to you all.

We have those flowers here too, but I do not know its name.

I am glad you are safe and sorry to hear about your brother's house. We in this part of the world are pulling resources to help with the victims.

Take care!

We have a touch of Typhoon Parma but it did not land, only a lot of rain in the Northern Taiwan, seems it is heading back to Philippine again.
