Today's Flowers!

. . . i want to see your face
in every kind of light

. . . in fields of dawn and forests of the night. . .

and when you stand before the candles on a cake
oh, let me be the one
to hear the silent wish you make . . .

. . . those tomorrows waiting deep in your eyes
in the world of love you keep in your eyes
i'll awaken what's asleep in your eyes
it may take a kiss or two . . .

. . . all i ever will recall of my life
is all of my life with you . . .

Hello everybody! Thanks for visiting. The words were actually from a 60s song "What were you doing the rest of your life" for the film The Happy Ending.

My sister Luchie, the real gardener in Heaven, said the orchid is called Tiger Lily? But I'm not sure.

And lastly, I used a borrowed kiddy camera Kodak on this picture with no editing except to crop maybe.

You all inspire me. You are all romantics for loving the song and I swoon with you!

Have a great weekend!

Hi Lui, am glad to meet you. No wonder that orchid is very familiar because we share the same space. I just opened the comment button in the site. It is Cymbidium species (am not sure what species) and i have lots of them at home, which are now almost dying because of too much heat. It is attached to a lanzones tree, whose leaves totally fell because of the long extreme dry season.
