Mushrooms in Black and White!

And here goes my mushroom beauties in black and white! The same mushrooms I featured for sepia on Thursday and last Monday in color for macro shots! I think my camera went crazy as I change settings to shoot them in all possible hues! Now this is one of the reasons I love rainy days. For beauties like these only come out after a rainy day! This is my entry for Dragonstar's Black and White weekend!

As in your sepias, I would never have guessed these were mushrooms. I love their wavey shape.

They look like thy are made of the finest and thinnest textile - but I wouldn't have eaten them.

Oh Rune, I don't think they are the edible variety! Otherwise, I would have sauteed them for my pasta! ;-)

Very interesting shots. They have a mystery to them.

Beautiful shapes. The last two look like delicate flowers.

These are so unusual in the way the light shines through them, perfect for monochrome, it transforms them.
